Everyone says it, but 2025 has truly felt like it has flown by. As the holiday season settles in and calendars fill with year-end planning and celebrations, I always welcome this moment to pause, reflect, and look ahead with intention.

Fall is undoubtedly my favourite season.  There is a sentiment of ‘back to work’ after an eventful summer, but also a sense of urgency as the year draws closer to a close.  Our team is no different, we are in the heart of busy seasons and are anxious to see what the snow bird season is for our newest venture, Omni One Insurance, by Gifford Carr.

2025 is off to a roaring start for Gifford Carr, as some of the projects that we have been working on finally come to fruition.  It’s hard to believe that Q1 is now in the rear-view mirror, but we are very thankful to see the snow pretty well gone.
