Although I am sad to see summer go as there was far too much rain, I always enjoy the natural reset that the return to school and general routine brings. September has been an incredibly busy month with events and opportunities abound, both for our clients and our team internally. 

I would be remiss however if I didn’t start this letter on a somber note, and reflect on the recent loss of our colleague, Bernie Robertson. Bernie’s remarkable service and enduring spirit left an indelible mark on all of us. His legacy serves as a reminder of the importance of kindness and camaraderie, qualities that resonate deeply within our team. He will be deeply missed. 

As mentioned, the turn of the schedule also brings with it a new list of events, fostering our connection with the community. One event particularly close to our hearts is Ottawa’s Fight for the Cure, where our very own Lezlie Jamieson, will be stepping into the ring to support vital cancer care programs. We are excited and humbled to share that our Sudbury team has moved! You can now find our team at 410 Falconbridge Road. This move represents not just a change in location but an exciting expansion of our team and services in Northern Ontario. We are thrilled to welcome Arthur Murphy, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), to our team. Arthur’s arrival strengthens our mission to deliver unparalleled insurance and financial solutions to our clients. 

As we enter the final quarter of the year, we encourage you to review your insurance and financial plans. An annual review can ensure that your coverage and goals are aligned with your evolving needs. Our team is here to guide you through this process, ensuring you are not only protected but also on the path to long-term success. 

Looking ahead, we continue our evolution with more community initiatives and proactive risk management with our clients’ best interests at heart. With several initiatives in the works, we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
