Gifford Carr Insurance Group appoints Andrew Emmans as Head of Business Development

Ontario’s local insurance brokerage, Gifford Carr Insurance Group, announced today the appointment of Andrew Emmans as their Head of Business Development. Following an entrepreneurial career of nearly two decades, Emmans will continue to focus his passions for people and the community in his new role. He will be responsible for identifying and expanding into new areas of opportunity and preserving Gifford Carr’s core values while building new relationships both within Gifford Carr and the communities served.

Emmans is an entrepreneurial professional with a wide breadth of business experience. His dynamic, people-first approach has allowed him to build a career on the value of relationships. His new role will allow him to develop long-term business growth strategies that improve day-to-day operations and overall client satisfaction. Emmans is eager to bring his passion for investing in individuals and teams to Gifford Carr.

This type of thinking can kill creativity, all businesses need to evolve and I think the Gifford Carr team embraces that wholeheartedly”, says Emmans. “He didn’t know it at the time, but that sealed the deal for me.”
