Bringing over 20 years of experience in finance and shared services, Tamara joins Gifford Carr Insurance Group as Vice President of Business Operations. With a CPA, CMA designation, Tamara brings considerable financial acumen and expertise to our senior leadership team.
Though this is a new role to the organization, it will evolve quickly as Tamara guides the team through the projected growth. Though no two days are alike, her collaborative approach and support will reach our regional offices across Ontario. Tamara is an integral part of our senior leadership team putting in place the policies and procedures to set our team up for success.
Reporting directly to the President, Tamara manages the finance, human resources and marketing teams while being a key resource supporting our President and partnership team in key leadership and business decisions.
When Tamara gets away from the office, she enjoys spending her days with a good cup of coffee and a motorcycle ride through the back country roads of Ontario. But her ideal vacation and downtime involves a warm sandy beach in a tropical place, lounging in the sun with a good book.
