Receiving her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2015, and over 7 years of experience in human resources, Linda is a true HR expert. From onboarding and payroll to policies, procedures, and corporate culture she has done it all. Joining the business operations team at Gifford Carr Insurance Group as HR Generalist, Linda is an asset to our business operations team at Gifford Carr.
Some of her favourite parts of the role include the onboarding process with new hires to help them understand the organization and envision their future with the company, problem-solving, especially when it calls for creative solutions, and working with people, directly or supporting teams to be set up for success. It is clear Linda will be an integral part of our company culture as we grow!
With dreams to travel, first on her bucket list is Scotland – the beautiful landscape, castles and just listening to everyone talk with their endearing accent is too charming to pass up!
