Our Investment In Our Team

At Gifford Carr we support our team in continuing education to progress their careers.

New to the industry? We will take care of that. We support our teammates as they write their RIBO exams to receive broker certifications.

Need training? We got you. We provide opportunities for our brokers to receive targeted training opportunities – including our annual one-day corporate professional development day (where we combine learning and celebration to connect with your colleagues from across the province and our insurer partners, we call it #GCConnect) – to ensure our broker fulfill their PD hours for their certification and learn about areas of expertise that benefit our team and our clients.

Need a professional membership? Let’s get you involved. Professional, association, and/or corporate memberships can be a huge benefit to your role – and can be required for special designations. When those memberships help set you up for success, we support you.

          With sales roles in both Business and Personal lines, our team of account executives focuses on building our impact in the various regions and communities we support. With expertise across a broad spectrum of industries, our team is focused on being an insurance resource and trusted advisor to their clients.

          If business development is the QB, client support is the defensive line.

          These account roles help you navigate the ins and outs of your policy on a day-to-day basis. They can support if you need to make a change to your current coverage, need certificates of insurance, file a claim, or simply want to better understand the terms of your coverage.

          The variety of coaches that work with the players to provide the tools they need to bring home the W. This is the support team behind the scenes helping set the team up for success.

          Our Business Operations team with specialties in Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing, works with our team of brokers so they have the tools they need to best serve our clients. Collaborating with our technical insurance experts, the business operations team is able to ensure a smooth client and inclusive team experience for our GC community.
